PowerSchool
PowerSchool is the Clear Creek Amana School District's web-based Student Information System (SIS). We creates parent accounts, enabling parents to access the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
What is the PowerSchool parent portal?
The parent portal is an online portal accessible anywhere on the web that parents can log in to and see all of their children in one place, their grades, attendance, and more for each school your children attend. This is also where you can find transportation information and "purchases and payments" will take you to the payment system to pay for school fees and to put money in your student's meal accounts.
Information in PowerSchool:

To switch between students, click on their name in the blue menu bar at the top.

To access other information, select an item from the menu under "Navigation".

"Purchases and Payments" will take you directly to our payment system, InTouch.

"Other Information" will show you bus stop information for your student(s), if applicable. For safety and security, this information is only posted within your parent portal. “Other Information” may also show student locker information and Iowa Assessment codes.
Updating Your Contact Information
It is important that parent contact information is kept up to date. In addition to being able to contact you in case of an emergency, the parent contact information listed in PowerSchool is used for building and district-wide communications, including phone calls, emails and text messages.

Select “Update Contacts” to make changes to your phone, email, etc. You can also add a new contact or delete someone who is no longer an emergency contact for your child.

Select “Sort Contacts” if you wish to edit the order that contacts should be called in case of an emergency. All changes will be submitted for review and approval before they will show in PowerSchool.
